The health, safety and welfare of the workforce is of vital importance. Whether you’re working on the track, in a workshop or in an office, a safe working environment is our priority.

Health and safety reps within LU Engineering branch are constantly striving to improve the health, safety and welfare for its members. H&S reps will carry out inspections, raise members concerns, investigate incidents and unsafe practices, along with continually promoting and demanding health and safety advancements.

Our branch as a proud record of fighting for health and safety improvements for all our members (LU, contractors or agency). Our commitment and determination is to make sure safety is at the top of the bosses agenda.
