Bob was always great at speeches and his long service awards evenings always found him on top form. He he is at our branch social in 2009.
Paul O’Reilly is hiding just behind him and was one of his pway colleagues for years.
Bob knew a lot of our members and many personally, in fact sometimes it seemed he knew everyone. He was always friendly and open to working people and was always ready with a joke but also instinctively able to rouse a crowd and keep them in the palm of his hand
